- Keep discussions focused on technical topics and event-relevant community discussion.
- Ask for consent before taking photos or videos of someone.
- Respect personal boundaries and requests to stop.

- Do not make threats of violence or use violent language directed at another person.
- Do not make personal insults or use discriminatory, exclusionary, or demeaning language.

- Do not encourage or advocate for any of the behavior above.
How to report issues
If someone is acting inappropriately or violating this code of conduct, and they are not receptive to feedback, or you prefer not to confront them, please speak to an organizer in person or email [email protected].
If you are unsure whether something is a violation, we still encourage you to report it. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
We will take reports seriously, handle them as confidentially as possible, and treat retaliation for reporting as unacceptable.
Enforcement
Participants asked to stop unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including a warning, removal from the event, or a ban from future Community.kt events.
