These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Magic 8 Ball app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices created by Yasan Ghaffarian (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”).
By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
The Service Provider and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights.
The Application is provided for entertainment purposes only. Answers are selected at random from the active answer pack and are not advice of any kind. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety, or any other decision.
The Application is designed to work as a Magic 8 Ball app on Android. Some features depend on your device, Android version, device settings, and the behavior of other apps or services.
If required settings, hardware, or third-party services are unavailable, changed, or revoked, some features may not work as expected.

You are responsible for the answer packs you create, edit, or import in the Application, and for making sure you have the right to use their content. Answer packs are stored on your device, and the Service Provider does not receive them.
The Application may include open source or third-party software components. Those components are governed by their own license terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable open source licenses.
Open source license information may be provided in the Application where required.
The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, limit, disable, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time. Updates may add, change, or remove features, including beta or experimental functionality.
Some Application behavior may also change because of remote configuration, Android updates, device changes, app store requirements, or changes made by third-party services. The Service Provider may stop supporting older versions of Android, older devices, or older versions of the Application where continued support is no longer practical.
The Application is currently available for free and without ads. The Service Provider may add paid features, subscriptions, or other premium functionality in the future. Some features that are currently free may later become paid, limited, changed, or discontinued.
If paid features are introduced, any pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided at the time of purchase and may be governed by the applicable app store or payment provider.
The Application may use, link to, or help you access third-party services, including app store or platform services, analytics and diagnostics providers, remote configuration, and purchase and subscription infrastructure. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.
Your use of the Application is also subject to the Magic 8 Ball Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled by the Application.
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider makes no warranties that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular needs.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Application at any time.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application or related services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Application, or if required by law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.
