These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yasan Launcher app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices created by Yasan Ghaffarian (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”).
By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
The Service Provider and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights.
The Application is designed to operate as an Android launcher. Some features depend on your device, Android version, permissions you grant, default launcher status, device settings, installed apps, user profiles, and behavior of other apps or services.
If required permissions, settings, or third-party apps are unavailable, changed, or revoked, some features may not work as expected.

The Application may include open source or third-party software components. Those components are governed by their own license terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable open source licenses.
Open source license information may be provided in the Application where required.
The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, limit, disable, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time. Updates may add, change, or remove features, including beta or experimental functionality.
Some Application behavior may also change because of remote configuration, Android updates, device changes, app store requirements, or changes made by third-party apps and services. The Service Provider may stop supporting older versions of Android, older devices, or older versions of the Application where continued support is no longer practical.
The Application is currently available for free. The Service Provider may add paid features, subscriptions, or other premium functionality in the future. Some features that are currently free may later become paid, limited, changed, or discontinued.
If paid features are introduced, any pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided at the time of purchase and may be governed by the applicable app store or payment provider.
The Application may use, link to, or help you access third-party services, including search, web, map or location-related providers, app store or platform services, and external tools selected by you. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.
You are responsible for actions you take through the Application, including launching apps, changing launcher settings, using custom search destinations, requesting app uninstall actions, and interacting with notifications. The Application may pass these user-directed actions to Android, other apps, or third-party services.
Your use of the Application is also subject to the Yasan Launcher Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled by the Application.
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider makes no warranties that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular needs.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Application at any time.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application or related services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Application, or if required by law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.
